One of rock & roll’s most iconic figures is immortalized in his hometown (Lubbock, Texas). It’s a hip little joint with plenty of artifacts to transport us visitors back to a simpler time when the musician’s (iconic) look wasn’t determined by cool-factor and marketing gimmicks but was rooted in what was appropriate (the formality of wearing a suit) and the practicality of being able to, you know, see.

This little space is labeled “Secret Garden” by the owners of the automobile museum in Auburn, Indiana where it rests. A lonely penny-farthing is all that grows in this secluded little garden.

That’s why people discover mathematical infinity and electromagnetic waves, that’s why they write symphonies. Now, you can’t advance in this direction without a certain faith. You can’t make such discoveries without spiritual equipment. And the basic elements of this equipment are in the Gospels.
